Sipapu Small Duplex

The Sipapu small duplex is a favorite lodging choice for family gatherings and intimate retreats.

Located slope-side only 200 feet from the Sipapu Ski & Summer Resort chair lifts and right next to the Sipapu lodge, and on the Rio Pueblo River, our unique, historic two-story small duplex offers the ultimate convenience for your stay on the mountain.

The small duplex sleeps 2-6 people, and includes a comfortable living room and small kitchen downstairs, with one full bathroom (shower only). Two bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom (shower only) are located upstairs.

The Sipapu small duplex may be rented in combination with the adjoining large duplex with a connecting door.

bring your own or purchase a streaming device at the front desk. 

Sleeping accommodations in the small duplex include a full-size sofa sleeper (downstairs) and two full-size beds (upstairs). The kitchen comes with everything you need: abundant cabinet space, a dining table, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, glassware, and silverware.

Together the Sipapu duplexes make it easy to enhance your gatherings or accommodate a larger group.

Well-behaved pets are always welcome in the Sipapu Duplexes for an additional cost of $25 per pet, per visit.
