Defined Terms: Exchange Credit and Resort Cash
This Agreement refers to two separate, non-interchangeable credit benefits. Each is governed by
its own terms as set forth below, and neither converts into or may be combined with the other.

“Resort Cash” (marketed at each Resort under its own name, e.g., Sipapu Cash) means
the promotional, no-additional-charge credit described under Resort Cash below, issued
with certain qualifying Lift Ticket purchases for same-day food and beverage and retail use
subject to Resort specific restrictions.

“Exchange Credit” means the deferred Lift Ticket purchase credit described under
Exchange Credit Policy below, issued in the US dollar amount of your original purchase
when you defer and reschedule a Lift Ticket, rental, or lesson purchase before its valid date.

Resort Cash
Resort Cash (also known as “Purgatory Cash”, “Brian Head Cash”, “Snowbowl Cash”, “Nordic
Cash”, “Pajarito Cash”, “Spider Cash”, “Pajarito Cash”, “Sipapu Cash”, “Lee Canyon Cash”, “Sandia Cash”,
“Willamette Pass Cash” or other similar variations thereof) is a promotional credit issued at no
additional charge with certain qualifying Lift Ticket purchases, as determined by the Resort in its
sole discretion. Not all Lift Ticket purchases qualify for Resort Cash; eligibility windows, dates,
and amounts vary by promotion and will be described on the Resort’s website or at checkout for
that promotion.

• Issuance and validity. Resort Cash is issued at 6:00 a.m. on your date of visit and is valid
  only that day. It cannot be saved, accumulated, rolled over, or combined toward a Lift
  Ticket, season pass, Power Pass or other credits. Unused Resort Cash expires at the end of
  the day, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Resort Cash is delivered by
  email to the purchaser, and multiple same-day Resort Cash credits on one account (for
  example, a family’s) may be applied together in a single transaction.
• Permitted use. Resort Cash may be used only for food, beverage, and retail purchases at
  the issuing Resort and only in-person at food-and-beverage outlets and retail locations or
  through the Resort’s Food and Beverage online platform. It may not be used for Lift
  Tickets, lessons, rentals, events, lodging, Power Pass or another season pass product, or any
  other product, and is not accepted online. Where a register sells both eligible and ineligible
  items, Resort Cash applies only to the eligible portion.
• Alcohol. Resort Cash may not be applied to alcohol purchases at Resorts in Utah, Arizona,
  and New Mexico. All alcohol eligibility for Resort Cash is subject to applicable law and
  subject to change at the Resort’s discretion.
• Eligibility restrictions. Unless a Resort’s promotion states otherwise, Resort Cash is
  eligible for adult lift tickets only (age 13+). Lift tickets must be purchased online and in
  advance to receive Resort Cash; same-day purchases are not eligible for Resort Cash.
• Cancellation. Resort Cash is voided if the associated Lift Ticket is refunded pursuant to
  the Cancellation Period.
• Fraud. We may decline or limit any Resort Cash we reasonably believe is being used in an
  unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
• Governing law. Resort Cash is governed by the law of the state in which the issuing Resort
  operates, as set forth under Local Governing Laws below, and all other terms of this
  Agreement and our Privacy Policy continue to apply.
• Resort Cash Expiration at Brian Head Resort and Purgatory Resort for Multi-Day
  Tickets. Notwithstanding the general expiration terms above, at Brian Head Resort and
  Purgatory Resort, Resort Cash issued in connection with multi-day Lift Tickets purchased
  in a single transaction does not expire at the end of the day it is issued. Instead, Resort Cash
  expires at the end of your guest trip, defined as the last date reflected on the Lift Ticket(s)
  included in the same transaction. This extended expiration applies only where the multi-day
  Lift Tickets are purchased together in one transaction; it does not apply where Lift Tickets
  for different dates are purchased in separate transactions, or where a non-lift-ticket product
  (for example, a Purgatory Snowcat Adventures trip, lodging, or rental) is purchased
  separately from the multi-day Lift Tickets, even if the dates are consecutive or related.
  Resort Cash issued in connection with separate transactions expires separately, based on the
  last Lift Ticket date within each respective transaction, regardless of whether those
  transactions cover concurrent or otherwise related visit dates.
