Sipapu Adobe House
Sipapu Adobe House Description
The Adobe House was one of the original buildings that predate the ski resort. Originally it served as a gift shop and trading post run by Sipapu founders Lloyd and Olive Bolander.
Located just across the highway from the base area, Sipapu’s adobe house is classic New Mexico style home for guests desiring a more quiet stay surrounded by the lush alpine valley. Yet, it’s only 900 feet, or 360 steps to the chairlifts.

The Sipapu Adobe House sleeps 3-14 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, two separate dining areas, and a spacious living room on one level. The living room has the original vigas and a stone fireplace. Parking is available for two cars, with additional parking available in the main lot.
