Introducing the new touchless Sipapu Card

The brand new Sipapu Card provides a contactless ticket, rental, and ski school experience, designed to delivermore time on the snow. You can add lift tickets, rental reservations, lessons and resort credits to one single, reloadable card that can be used again and again. The best news? It’s direct to lift! 

Simply purchase your tickets, rentals, and lessons online. Keep track of your activation email. It contains a very important link to the Sipapu portal where you can make changes. When you arrive at the resort, press activate on your email and head to Guest Services to pick up your Sipapu card. 


Plans Change – and You Can Change Them with the Sipapu Card

We understand plans change, so every lift ticket, rental or lesson purchased from a Power Pass resort after October 15, 2020 can now be changed, too*. Plus, there’s no charge to change your mind – you’ll just pay for any price difference.

* Product changes must be completed by midnight (11:59 p.m. MT) the night before your visit and credits must be used by April 30, 2021.

Q: How can I change my lift tickets and/or rentals?

A: Right here if you have your reloadable ticket in hand.  Otherwise visit the link to the portal in your activation email.

Q: Is there a time limit on when I can change my plans?

A: You can change your lift ticket and rental products anytime up to midnight (11:59 p.m MT) the night before your visit. If you forget or are unable to change your itinerary by that time, your purchase costs will be forfeited.

Q: Can I change anything else on my itinerary, like lodging?

A: At this time, this is available on lift tickets and rentals.

Q: What happens if I lose my Sipapu Card?

A: Your Sipapu Card is like a debit card, so keep track of it. Your account is tied to your name and birth date. If you lose it, simply pick up another card, enter the card number and PIN

Q: How much does it cost to change my tickets or rentals?

A: We believe in giving our guests the freedom to ski – and that means having the freedom to change your mind, too! We do not charge any fees when your plans change. Sometimes you may be asked to pay more if your new products cost more than your original.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I change my plans?

A: No. Make as many changes as you’d like. Just remember: your credit must be used by April 30, 2021.

Q: Can I share my credit with a friend or another family member?

A: Yes! You can use your credit for yourself or anyone else.

Q: If I purchased a lift ticket, can I use that credit for something else?

A: You can apply your credit to lift tickets and rentals.

Q: Can I apply my credit to a future season?

A: All credits must be used by April 30, 2021. If you are unable to use or share your credit by that time, your purchase costs will be forfeited.
